Buyer: The individual or legal entity entering account and billing details during the order.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and performance of software license/subscription services ordered electronically via https://xenopsoftware.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service, price and payment

The service type, term, quantity and total price including VAT are shown in the order summary and invoice. Foreign-currency prices are converted to TRY at the CBRT selling rate on the payment date. Payment is collected by card via iyzico.

4. Performance

The service is delivered electronically (license key and/or account access) immediately after payment approval, or within 1 business day at the latest.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew on the same terms at the end of each period unless the Buyer turns off auto-renew, which can be done at any time from the account; service continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly. The Buyer accepts this when confirming the order.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
