Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery

Our products are software licenses and/or subscription services; nothing is shipped physically. Once your payment is approved, your license key and account access are delivered electronically, on the My products page of your account and by email, immediately or within 1 business day at the latest. For on-premise products, installation files and documentation are made available the same way. If you have a delivery issue, contact [email protected].

Cancelling a subscription

You can turn off auto-renew any time from Subscriptions in your account. Your service continues until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly.

Incorrect charges

For duplicate or incorrect charges, contact [email protected] and the amount will be refunded to the same card. Timing depends on your bank.

Perpetual licenses

Perpetual license fees are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered. You can stop annual maintenance renewals at any time.
