Activating your license

Your license key

After purchase, your license key is emailed to you and also shown under My account → My products. Format: XNPS-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

Activation

Paste the key into Settings → License in the ZoneFlow admin panel. Each server installation uses one activation; channels are enabled up to your camera count.

Offline operation

The license token is valid for 7 days. If the internet connection drops, the system keeps running for that period.

Moving servers

Remove the old server under My account → My products → Active devices, then activate on the new server.
